At Innkeeper Supplies we use different couriers and services depending on the size or weight of a parcel and its destination. Please use the guide below for further information on the services available.

We rely on a third party (our courier), therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery services. However, over 98.5% of deliveries are achieved on time.

Our Couriers

Royal Mail Recorded: We use Royal Mail for smaller and lighter parcels that have been placed on our Standard Delivery to Non UK Mainland Orders. Signatures are required. However, if the postman deems it safe to leave your parcel in a safe place, they will do so. If they are unable to deliver, they will leave a calling card with their number for you to re-arrange delivery or collect from the local sorting office. The depot will hold the parcel for several days before they return it to us.  You must collect or re-arrange the delivery. Please note that Recorded 1st class can take 3 -4 days to arrive.

UPS: We use UPS for larger and heavier parcels that have been placed on our Standard Delivery and other UK services. Signatures are required. However, if the driver deems it safe to leave your parcel in a safe place, they will do so. If they are unable to deliver, they will leave a calling card with their number for you to re-arrange delivery with the depot directly. Three attempts will be made at delivery before the parcel is returned to the depot. The depot will email/call you to make a final attempt to re-arrange delivery on a day suitable for you. If they are unable to get in touch with you, the parcel will be returned to us.

MPF Pallets: Some of our larger items have to be despatched on a pallet. If your order is despatched by pallet you will be contacted directly by our Customer Support Team. Pallet deliveries are to the kerb side only. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the item into the delivery address.  All pallets are delivered on a 2 day basis.

Delivery Services

All orders must be placed by 11:30am Monday to Thursday and 10am Friday. Please note that the delivery will be made on the next business working day only, this excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays. Please see above for the current prices. This service is tracked. Next Day is only currently available to delivery addresses in mainland England and Wales, Scotland may take up to two working days.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery may be available by special request on orders placed with us from 12 noon on Thursday until 10am on Friday. Orders will be despatched Friday for delivery the following day (Saturday). Customers will need to email or telephone the office to check this service is available for their area and pay additional costs. Saturday delivery is only currently available to delivery addresses in mainland England and Wales and is delivered by 12 Noon on the Saturday.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail: All deliveries will be made between 8am and 5pm.

UPS: All deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm.

MPF Pallets: All deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm.

UK Non Mainland Deliveries.

For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles the following services are used:

  • Royal Mail Recorded

Please ensure to choose the correct delivery zone when entering addresses on the website. Choosing the incorrect option can delay deliveries as parcels are despatched to the incorrect distribution centre. The following postcodes fall within the Scottish Highlands, Islands & Non UK mainland areas. If you have one of these postcodes please ensure to select the correct delivery zone.  If you are in any doubt then please email or telephone the office during working hours.

These postcodes are provided to us by our couriers, due to the fact that a service other than standard delivery is required for parcels to these postcodes to reach their destination. This is not an overnight service.

Tracking Your Order

Please note: You can only track your parcel once it has been despatched. Pallet deliveries may be tracked via the telephone.

Depending on the service used to send your goods, you will need to go the following websites to track your parcel:

 

Enter the tracking number associated to your order and your post code if requested. If you do not have this you can obtain it from the My Account section once logged into the enterprise.innkeepersupplies.co.uk website.

Should you require further information than seen on the above mentioned websites then please contact us. We may have to contact UPS directly regarding your enquiry. Please be aware it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response from them.

Delivery FAQs

Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a same day delivery service at this time.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?
We do have a Saturday service available to England and Wales mainland customers. Orders for this service will need to be placed after 12 noon on Thursday and before 10am on Friday and you need to call the office to arrange this service and pay any additional fees.

Can you deliver to an alternative address to that of my billing address?
Yes. Once you have entered your billing address you can also enter an alternative address for delivery.

I know I will not be home when delivery is made, what should I do?
We always recommend having orders delivered to an address where someone is going to be in to take the delivery. However, if this is not possible the courier does try with neighbours or you can leave a signed note to advise where to leave the parcel. If this is a safe place then it is at the driver’s discretion if the item is left.

How can I track my order?
Upon despatch you will be sent an email with a link to where you can track your order. If you do not get your order you can login to your account to track this.

What happens if I miss the delivery of my order?
If you miss a delivery, a card will be left to advise you of this. The parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place for your convenience. Please note: The driver will only leave parcels if they deem this safe to do so. If the parcel is not left, then this will be returned to the depot. You will need to respond to the calling card left to either collect or re-arrange delivery.
